AAA Staff Counsel ("Law Office of Robert J. Smith") is rounding off our hiring with a need for a PIP Attorney, who has at least two (2) years of recent PIP experience. Robert Smith has over 25 years of legal experience during his tenure at Allstate.

The position is hybrid-1 day/week in Office. The AAA Office is located near the Veterans & Waters Ave.

This is an exciting opportunity because we are a small and new staff counsel operation in Tampa, FL with a business plan to add additional offices across Florida. So, there is definite growth potential by joining AAA’s new staff counsel operation in Florida.

As the first PIP attorney to our team, you will have the opportunity to train future attorney hires and, if interested, expand your practice into other areas of law.

PIP Attorney – AAA/The Auto Club Group

What you will do:

The Auto Club Group is seeking an experienced PIP Attorney with independent knowledge of and experience in handling a wide variety of PIP issues with a superior ability to conduct legal research and prepare/argue complex dispositive motions.

We’re looking for candidates who:

Education:

Juris Doctor Degree or graduate of accredited law school

Member of the State Bar of Florida

Experience:

Two years of current experience in PIP litigation with independent knowledge of and experience in handling a wide variety of PIP issues with a superior ability to conduct legal research and prepare/argue complex dispositive motions.

Work Location:

This position currently reports to a Tampa office location 1 day a week and 4 days from home. This is subject to change based on amendments and/or modifications to the ACG Flex Work policy.
