Pizza Cook Job at Fortress Beerworks
Fortress Beerworks is a brewery on 3 acres located at 2606 Spring Cypress Road, behind Oasis Park and Sell. We are just about for years old. The Tap room at the brewery is open to the public Tuesday thru Friday afternoon and opens up at noon on the weekends.
We have permanent wood fire kitchen that is very spacious. We are looking for pizza cooks that hand toss pizzas. We also have a few appetizers and salads on the menu. Customers order at the taproom bar. the orders pop up on a KDS screen in the kitchen. When the order is finished the customer comes to the window and picks up their food.
Cooks are responsible for making dough, prepping and setting up line, and and cleaning. The cleaning is very easy. We do not have fryers and for the most part its wiping down the equiptment and sweeping the floor
