Pizza Maker and Cashier Job at Swiftfired Pizza Co
Swiftfired Pizza Co, located in Cle Elum next to Dru Bru Brewery, is a high quality napoletana wood-fired pizza trailer in the heart of the Cascades. We’ve been serving upper Kittitas County and it’s tourists since 2020. Our vision is to provide an authentic food truck experience that never sacrifices quality or care for our customers. We pride ourselves on honing traditional and modern pizza craft skills side by side to create fan favorite pizzas, well known comforts, and a little bit of everything in between!
We are looking for Pizza Makers and Cashiers who are interested in working in a fast paced, exciting atmosphere with an experienced crew. Shifts are typically 4-8 hours long at our main location in Cle Elum, as well as catering events in Ellensburg and Kittitas County. Location preference is taken into account. You will receive a base pay per hour plus tips. Responsibilities include:
Pizza Maker (Starting at 16.50/Hr):
-Learning and Crafting 20+ different pizzas
-Maintaining a clean and organized make line and cooking environment
-Operating a wood fired oven and multitasking pizza crafting with cooking
-Working well with a team of cooks and cashiers
Cashier (Starting at 15.75/Hr):
-Being knowledgeable about products and services
-Operating both in person and Togo orders over the phone
-Working with the Square Point of Sale Computer System.
- Having great customer service skills and a positive working attitude
- Clean up, restocking, and other various duties
