What does a Molding Supervisor do?

• Read work orders or receives instructions from department Supervisor.
• Does star-ups with Q.C. to assure the best quality to the finish product.
• Interprets specifications, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Cleans work area and performs other routine duties.
• Directly supervises 10 employees in the molding Department.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Compensation: $25 - $31 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday

• Must be able to walk, stand, and work at a fast pace for 8 hours or more
• Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers regarding day-to-day business operations in English

• Must be able to sit, stand, twist, bend effectively for the duration of your shift
• Must be able to visually inspect designs and paperwork

Basic Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Supervising experience
