General Summary of Job Duties
Responsible for implementing the services, special events, and promotions offered by the Players Club and correctly enrolling players into the casino database.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton VALUES.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guest, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
- Performs administrative duties by correctly enrolling guest players in the Players Club, issuing club cards to enrollees, inputting guest data into the computer system while ensuring complete accuracy of database input.
- Responsible for the issuance of complimentaries to club member and VIPs within the set guidelines and obtaining a signature from the supervisor.
- Performs Players Club functions including, but no limited to, booth operations, customer database, cash and merchandise redemption and club related promotions.
- Read all promotional materials and have complete knowledge of all promotions and events.
- May assist in tracking the progress of Players Club special events and promotions.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
