Performance Plumbing & Heating is seeking Licensed Foreman to join our growing team. We are a commercial plumbing & heating company who performs work throughout Connecticut, private, public, and state. We offer prevailing wage rate work as well as many other benefits.

Looking for a responsible, motivated, and committed mechanical piping Foreman. Foreman will be working directly under the Project Manager and work directly onsite with project owner and/or general contractor.

Job Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of foreman field experience.
• Be able to read and decipher prints, plans, and specifications.
• Valid Trade License (P-1, P-2, S-1, and S-2)
• OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
• Computer Skills

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Training and managing project crew.
• Submitting accurate weekly timecards for yourself and your crew.
• Ordering, shipping, and receiving material for projects.
• Communicating with office administration for appropriate documentation. (ie. Tool box talks, Daily logs, JHA’s, etc.)
• Managing Tools and equipment
• Completing and submitting RFIs
