Plumbing Installation Lead
Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality, team player who excels in a challenging environment with a desire to learn to join our Plumbing Installation team.
Summary
The Plumbing Installation Lead must be a Licensed Journeyman Plumber. The Plumbing Installation Lead will provide residential installation such as sewer spot repairs, sewer replacements, and re-pipes. This position works first shift, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed. The Plumbing Installation Lead will be provided with a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, uniforms, free CEU's, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. This position receives base pay as well as incentive pay and performance-based bonuses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet customers at their homes with professionalism and establish rapport.
- Relay accurate information to customers.
- Perform installation and repair of pipes (sanitary sewer lines, kitchen drain lines and bath drain lines).
- Perform required exterior digging using excavators of various sizes and hand digging as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Customer focused mindset, providing exceptional service to our customers.
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical labor on a regular basis.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- A strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
