PM Supervisor Job at Distribution Management Corp., Inc.
The Site Operations Supervisor is responsible for meeting company operational performance matrix and ensuring that all customer expectations are met.
- Responsible for meeting company goal of 98.8% on time performance of all orders.
- Responsible for meeting company goal of 98% of receive scan, load scan, delivery scan and signature capture of all orders.
- Responsible for meeting all company operational safety and security procedures and policies. Responsible for timely and accurate communications of daily operational activity. Responsible for compiling company operational matrix reports.
- Responsible for accurately deploying and documenting company equipment. Assist with recruitment and ensuring that proper staffing levels are met
- Advising in areas of disciplinary actions, and terminations, while complying with all regulatory compliance and the company’s personnel policies and procedures.
- Responsible for complying with cost control measures and meeting financial goals for the division.
- Assist with recruiting Independent Contract drivers and responsible for involvement in the Push
- Responsible for other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervises staff members including warehouse personnel, and couriers.
Review monthly and quarterly schedule.
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have in-depth
knowledge of the geographical territory that the position oversees. Required to hold a valid Arizona driver’s license.
Schedule is 6am – 3pm Monday – Friday.
