THE OPPORTUNITY: The Pool Operations Manager will need to be dependable, efficient, and able to communicate professionally with the staff members.

The manager is hard-working, has a strong work ethic, is reliable, and trustworthy.

2023 Pool Season: April 1st to end of September

Qualification Standards:

• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to appear and maintain a professional demeanor
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Must be a team player
• Must be CPO certified or willing to be certified prior to the start date (training cost will be reimbursed if not already certified)
• Must be Lifeguard certified prior to the start date (training cost will be reimbursed if not already certified)

Duties and Functions:

Duties and Functions of the position include but are not limited to:

• Managing lifeguards and all pool-related operations
• Creating schedules and task assignments
• Maintaining all public areas (ex: bathrooms, seating area, and pools), clean and sanitary
• Coordinate the opening and closing of the pool
• Complete and document weekly maintenance reports
• Monitoring and repairing minor pool components
• Monitoring and maintaining chemical levels and perform chemical treatments
• Maintaining all permits and inspections to date for county visits
• Completing orders for inventory and invoicing for accounting purposes
