YAI Headquarters is seeking a Part-time Porter to the Office Manager to organize and sanitize certain areas of our two floors. The ideal candidate has relevant professional cleaning experience, and is efficient in mopping, sweeping, mail handling, and other office related duties.
We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of organization and cleanliness for our office. You will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and able to collaborate with others of the team, follow instructions from your supervisor, and staying on-task.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Clean workspaces, common areas, offices conference rooms, and Cafes
-
Sweep, mop, and buff hardwood floors as needed
-
Vacuum carpeted areas
-
Sanitize various surfaces at kitchen areas
-
Assorting Mail and packages for HQ
-
Assist with the Residential Mail
-
Managing Recyclables for evening pick-up
-
Coffee and Milk replenishment
-
Restock kitchen supplies
-
Clean fridges out on Friday’s
-
Keep track of cleaning schedule
Requirements and Qualifications:
-
Prior cleaning experience (highly preferred) -
A high standard for organization and cleanliness

Flexible with work schedule
-
Attention to detail
-
Ability to follow instructions
-
Time-management skills
-
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25lbs
Pay rate: $16.00 per hour
