As a Post Acute Care Associate Medical Director at USACS you will work alongside the Medical Director and staff at the PAC Facility. The team will work in collaboration, ensuring the delivery of an effective, efficient patient-center care and optimal patient experience. ASSOCIATE MEDICAL DIRECTOR JOB DUTIES

• Oversee 12+ Post-Acute care facilities under the direction of the Medical Director
• Perform H&Ps and regulatory visits
• Attend quality meetings as directed

POST-ACUTE CARE SERVICES

• Very flexible hours; Make your own schedule!
• Each post-acute facility is staffed with an APP M-F
• 24 hour call center coverage
• Must be board certified or eligible in FM or IM
