JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for thoroughly cleaning all pots and pans, trays and any other kitchen items in accordance with Parkhurst standards and procedures under strict sanitary conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Clean all pots, pans and trays using prescribed proper procedures.
- Keep pot sink area clean and uncluttered at all times.
- Exercise extreme caution when following chemical instructions and procedures
- Assist with food prep as needed.
- Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
- Follow all Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
