The Practice Relations Coordinator (PRC)/Marketing Coordinator’s role is to be a liaison between the practice, the community, and referring offices. The PRC is responsible for creating and implementing growth strategies that promote the practice as well as build the practice.

The PRC helps strengthen relationships with referring offices to ultimately generate new and patient referrals. We are looking for an individual that understands our purpose in relation to working in the Professional Relations Coordinator (PRC) position. This individual must be able to produce a steady flow of patients into the practice via successful PR, marketing, and promotional efforts and carry out the managing partner’s marketing strategies.

Primary Objectives

The PRC is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies with the managing partner/s. The primary objectives are:

  • Develop doctors and their practices to regularly refer their patients to your practice.
  • Effective PR and Marketing programs that create a productive referral base.
  • Maintain weekly visitations with current referrals in respective area.
  • Manage and oversee the Professional Relations Coordinators.
  • Provide reporting of referral business on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain practice marketing strategy.
  • Manage marketing budget and reporting.

The PRC generates specific plans of action with the managing partner/s in each of the areas described above and ensures that these are executed effectively.

List of Primary Duties

  • Watch referral patterns and trends and develop PR and marketing plans to increase referrals into the office.
  • Observe declines or increases in new referred patients and determine actions to take to address these.
  • Establish long-range marketing plans with the managing partner/s so an entire series of potential referring practice or patient events can be laid out well in advance.
  • Note: The success and attendance of these types of events is directly proportional to the advanced and detailed planning for them.
  • Create and maintain a marketing calendar for the practice that includes all upcoming potential patient events, and every outreach activity the practice decides upon, with the appropriate frequency detailed so adequate planning and monitoring can be done.
  • Ensure PRC department is visiting top referring offices every 4-6 weeks and scheduling regular lunches/meetings.
  • Create regular promotional events including:

· CE events

· Dr. to Dr. lunch or dinner meetings

· Lunch or dinner learning sessions

· Office Manager educational workshops

· Implant manufacturer events

· Referral parties

· Study club

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

· Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results

· Exposure to digital and direct response marketing

· Competence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pages

· Strong project management skills

· Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

· Ability to travel as necessary

· 2+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business or similar, and is familiar with the following software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
