The ideal teammate would be…

Someone who is passionate about working closely with clinicians and administrative staff to support our growing medical practice operations. Someone who understands how to prioritize tasks and work within a dynamic team to drive successful practice performance. They are capable of working collaboratively with a diverse practice team to complete patient and clinician scheduling. Ability to proactively create efficient processes and recognize gaps and propose solutions. They enjoy participating in a fast moving remote work environment and adapting to new processes.

The ideal teammate would be able to:

• Be an expert on scheduling concepts related to clinician schedule, patient scheduling and pre-planning
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure patients are scheduled according to licensure and credentialing guidelines
• Prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines consistently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with practice, clinical, and business operations teams
• Obtain clinician availability, build scheduling blocks, and fill shifts as needed for coverage
• Monitor schedule daily and adjust as needed - field requests and issues in a timely manner
• Support initial patient onboarding process
• Pull regular reports and share with appropriate stakeholders
• Perform various ad hoc administrative requests

Would you describe yourself as someone who has:

• Associates degree or a healthcare-related certification (required)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of medical office experience (required)
• 2+ year of scheduling experience (required)
• Experience with PowerPoint/Excel / Google Slides/Sheets (required)
• Prior practice scheduling software experience eClinicalWorks (strongly preferred)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Experience working in a remote environment (preferred)
• Passionate about our mission to improve people's lives
• Comfortable in a dynamic and always evolving start-up environment
