Join our team at Chick-fil-A Glastonbury providing great service in a people-focused environment. We are hiring Full Time Team Members in our Back of House as designated Prep Specialists. Chick-fil-A crew members work together to provide great food in a fast pace in a team environment.

Shift Requirements:

• Be willing to work a minimum of 33 hours.
• Be able to work at least 3 days weekly of the following: 11am-5pm, 5:30am-2pm, or 5pm-10:45pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares items on production worksheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Cleans equipment per company procedure after use.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items according to company procedure.
• Completes all required documentation and logs as required.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• Stays on-task, focused, and efficient while working independently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Prior experience in the restaurant industry or fast food is helpful but not necessary; all training will be paid and provided on the job. We are located conveniently on 2941 Main Street in Glastonbury, CT. Because each Chick-fil-A location is owned and operated as a local franchise, this job posting is for the Chick-fil-A Glastonbury location only.
