We are looking for a Principal Product Manager for our Cloud Platform and Common Services team. - As a technically savvy PM, partner with architects and development teams to create vision, strategy, and roadmap for our next-gen cloud-native SaaS platform.
- Work with architects and development teams to accelerate the integration of point products into the broader portfolio.
- Analyze the customer journey and lead improvements in try-and-buy and onboarding experiences.
- Take a data driven approach to prioritizing the backlog factoring in customer feedback, market trends, competition, and N-able business needs.
- Engage with customers to obtain feedback on existing products, emerging pain points and use cases and establish requirements for upcoming releases.
- Partner with engineering to develop an understanding of the development tradeoffs, generate options and alternatives, and take a pragmatic approach to driving the best option forward.
- Demonstrated track record of launching NEW SaaS / PaaS products, preferably focused on cloud platforms / control planes / cloud monitoring solutions.
- Experience leading development of highly scalable, multi-tenant, cloud-native solutions.
- Deep knowledge of cloud technologies, especially AWS, preferably with broad knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. Hands-on experience with AWS is a big plus.
- Experience with modern Product Management concepts and techniques for exploration, validation, prioritization, defining MMFs and designing experiments to test assumptions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels.
- 5+ years product management in a software as a service domain, ideally developing solutions for an IT-oriented user persona.
