Position Details:
Summary of Duties:
This position will support training efforts in substance use disorder treatment undertaken by the PRISM Collaborative within the Department of Community and Behavioral Health. Supervised by the Director of Training, this position will track and monitor aspects of the training process, communicate with outside partners, coordinate calendars, manage program documentation and meeting notes, and maintain internal processes and project tracking.
This position is an excellent opportunity for people who want to learn more about substance use and mental health fields, as well as clinical training. A person pursuing this position should have strong Microsoft Office skills, ability to communicate professionally and effectively in writing and in meetings. The position requires a high level of organization, team collaboration, and interaction with community partners consisting primarily of leaders and professionals in the substance use and healthcare fields.

Required Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of full-time clerical experience OR equivalent education/experience.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Demonstrated excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Demonstrated skills relating to attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to present themselves in a professional manner in all forms of communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience preparing correspondence, reports and/or presentations.
- Demonstrated experience in the health care and/or mental health industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in the higher education industry.
- Experience in a training and/or learning and development realm.

Monthly Salary: Range 35, $2,890 to $3,821 (Step A - M) | Successful candidates typically begin at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with WAC 357-28.
