Private Duty / Home Health Aide - Lakeshore/Holland Area Job at Holland Home
Private duty home care is a growing area because many of our elders are opting to stay in their own home longer while at the same time needing some kind of assistance. This employment opportunity is a great way to be part of a large Christian organization dedicated to the care of our area's elders. Working for Atrio Help at Home will allow prospective employees to tailor their own schedules. It's a chance to secure a part time position while giving back to the community, making a difference in someone's life as well as earning extra money.
Atrio Help at Home offer services 24 hours a day. Some of our Atrio Help at Home staff members work 2 hours at a time, others up to a full eight hour shift. Services include:
- Personal Care
- Chores/Housekeeping
- Medication Set-up / Reminders
- Meal Preparation
- Guardian Monitoring
Must be at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, a clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen, access to a computer and an email address. We do require that all Atrio Help at Home staff members have their own vehicle because not all clients are located on a bus line and it is a privacy violation for anyone to be dropped off at a client's home location.
Position will also require one week-end a month of on call duty and some holidays.
$16.00/hr. non certified aide $17.00/hr for current Michigan certified (CNA), plus mileage.
