Process / validation Engineer
Location : Cincinnati, OH
Responsibilities of Role:
Responsibilities of Validation engineer / Process engineer are the following – but not limited to:
- Work as an onsite Process Engineer / Validation Engineer in a pharmaceutical / health care / Infant nutrition / Nonsterile cGMP plant environment.
- Develop scope of work / layouts & plans in coordination with site / quality team for engineering deliverables.
- Prepare and comment on PFDs, P&IDs, mass & energy balance calculations, hydraulic calculations independently.
- Develop and draft specifications for clean design equipment.
- Coordinate with customers to collect all the required inputs to complete the engineering design.
- Coordinate with vendors and construction team to get the required information for technical evaluation of vendor quotations and completing the design.
- Conduct review meetings for design adequacy checks.
- Develop & deploy Validation Master plans, IQ, OQ, PQ Protocols and Plant start up assessment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
