Our company is expanding and seeking process servers in the Knox County, TN area including surrounding counties. We have a few other areas available throughout the state of Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia, please apply and let us know where you are located!

The position entails delivering important civil legal documents to individuals. You will be traveling to various addresses to attempt to deliver the documents. Documents are emailed to you. Each assignment must be started within 24-48 hours of receipt. You must attempt at least three times to contact the person at the provided address within a 7 to 8 day period. There must be one morning, afternoon, and evening attempt in no specific order, each on separate days, again concluding all attempts within 7 to 8 days. You are paid a flat fee per address.

Compensation will be discussed over a phone interview. The average number of hours per week varies and can be 5 to 10 hours as all work is assigned on as needed basis.

Flexible schedule required.

Must have an efficient printer able to print multiple pages, sometimes up to 40 or 50 pages for each job.

18 years or older

Computer, internet, and printer – candidates do not report to our office, 98% of all work is emailed. Computer, internet, and a printer are required within your home or work environment. No exceptions can be made.

Reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance

Smart Phone– all servers must download our phone app used on all assignments for status reports

Self-motivated – set your own schedule, meet our goals on requirements for assignments

Reliable– all assignments must be completed fully and on time

Organized – you will be working with sensitive material and important documentation, you must keep all assignment in order and secure

Excellent Communication Skills – we may call or email you on short notice, must have email notifications on cell phone, no exceptions

Follow Directions using GPS - be accountable for route planning

Follow Instructions – each assignment will have written instructions

Enjoy Driving – this position is 99% driving

Flexible Schedule – availability during morning, day, and evening hours, mostly alternating days. Saturdays may be required
