Responsibilities:

  • Hand trim or machine trim cannabis flowers
  • Package cannabis byproducts into storage containers (nitro sealing Grade A material and Trim)
  • Follow inventory tracking protocols
  • Work to meet or exceed all production quotas
  • Working with the dry room and drying practices (from harvest to take down)
  • Curing flower to maximize terp profile and potency of flower
  • Follow Maine cannabis compliance regulations
  • Gain Understanding of department KPI metrics
  • Comply with company and department policies and procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness standards for all work areas
  • Display initiative for meeting company goals
  • Assist with training of new staff
  • Able to locate and understand department production sheets
  • Follow all state regulations
  • Operate cleaning and production equipment safely
  • Ensure compliance with all Office of Cannabis Policy regulations
  • Responsible for helping set up for daily tasks/objectives
  • Ability to be trained in all gen
  • Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Requirements:

  • Bend, stand, sit, and walk for varying periods throughout the day
  • Dexterous and used to working with hands
  • Learn and follow safety and quality procedures
  • Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
  • Operate cleaning and production equipment safely
  • Ensure compliance with all Office of Cannabis Policy regulations
  • Ability to be trained in all general areas of the processing department
  • A passionate disposition towards cannabis and being a part of a bigger picture to help and care for people
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License ability to pass a comprehensive background check
