Product Management Analyst Job at Hudson Automotive Group
As Hudson Automotive continues its growth strategy, we are looking for a Product Management Analyst who will be responsible for building and refining the product management process. Reporting to the VP of Operations the Product Management Analyst will collaborate with all levels of the organization to successfully develop the product management process.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and refine a product management process for all company projects
- Delegate tasks effectively to relevant stakeholders
- Make effective decisions regarding priorities and communicate to all impacted teams
- Gate keep the process to ensure projects finish fully and effectively
- Communicate to external partners process and timelines as needed
- Align products and projects with executive team weekly
- Perform quality control on the process and share with teams to set expectations
- Adjust targets as needed upon executive recommendations
- Ensure hand off process and product launches are effective and complete
Job Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in product management
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product/project throughout its lifecycle
- Proven ability to communicate recommendations to executive management, internal and external partners
- Solid technical background within the automotive space and/or F&I product acumen is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Degree, associates degree, or PMP qualifications preferred
