Hightower is seeking a high-functioning, energetic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Client Experience and Reporting Team that will report to the Executive Director, Client Digital Experience. You will be joining a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and close-knit team that strives for high performance, always.

Your Future Team
Hightower is seeking a high-functioning, energetic Product Manager to join our fast-growing Client Experience and Reporting Team that will report to the Executive Director, Client Digital Experience. You will be joining a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and close-knit team that strives for high performance, always.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a Hightower brand ambassador by upholding The Hightower Way cultural elements – Mission, Purpose, V.A.L.U.E. Experience, Commitment, and Standards, promoting excellence in the internal and external client experience during every encounter
- Improve consistency in every client and colleague encounter by embodying the core principles of our Hightower V.A.L.U.E. Experience (Validate, Actively Listen, Leverage Resources, Understand Ownership, Express Gratitude)
- Partner with cross-discipline team members to support collaboration and promote a positive client experience
- Serve as our client experience portal product owner
- Collaborate with our advisors to collect feedback to help curate and prioritize the product roadmap
- Complete advisor team onboarding to product and manage onboarding efforts end to end.
- Oversee and help to complete the entire product release lifecycle - organize work for a development team, define and document requirements, document personas, use cases and process flows, perform testing and oversee full release cycles
- Promote product adoption and capture appropriate KPIs
- Create mock-ups and perform UX/UI design
- Proficient in change management – ability to create training material, marketing material and create messaging to our advisors and end clients on upcoming releases
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, finance or other related fields from an accredited college or university
- Experience within the financial services space, RIA, Custodian, or Wealth Management industry.
- Knowledge of performance reporting platforms – Black Diamond, Orion, Addepar or Tamarac. Financial planning tools eMoney or Money Guide Pro
- Proficiency in Excel – must be able to perform VLOOKUP's and sophisticated formulas
- Project management experience
- Ability to organize work for a development team, define requirements, document personas, use cases, and process flows, perform testing, and oversee full release cycles.
- UX/UI design experience
- Proficient in change management – ability to create training material, and marketing material and create messaging to our advisors and end clients on upcoming releases
- Experience with Salesforce and ability to create and run Salesforce reports
- 5+ years of full-time work in Wealth Management or relationship management capacity
- Series 6, 7, 11 preferred or willing to achieve upon hire
- Coverage on the first day of employment for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
