Role Overview


The Product Manager of High Jewelry, Sales support is the expert on product knowledge for all High Jewelry and Heritage collections. This role is responsible for executing the Maison’s vision and strategy for the Americas market on High Jewelry collections. This person will report to the Senior High Jewelry Product Manager and is based in NY and will oversee the management of an Assistant Manager.


Responsibilities


  • Responsible for all High Jewelry and Heritage collections product strategy and daily operational transfers related to Van Cleef & Arpels sales opportunities.
  • Support Daily business and collaborate with Retail teams by providing product content, High Jewelry expertise and targeted selling tools for client presentations and High Jewelry activations.
  • Provides sales, market, and trend analysis to help direct and develop local strategies, identify areas of opportunities, propose strategic recommendations and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Prepare 360 meetings in collaboration with Communications (Media, PR, VM, Events), Retail, CRM, and Supply Chain to ensure well rounded collection launches and business reviews.
  • Partner with Merchandising team on assortment reviews.
  • Collaborate with Training Department to develop and roll out product training with a focus on sales and client presentations for new hires and current boutique teams.
  • Maintain accurate product information in product database and support.
  • Assist in the preparation, organization, participation, and recap of events as needed.
  • Ensure transparent communication with HQ counterparts.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Fluency in French is a plus
  • 5+ years of related marketing experience
  • Previous experience in luxury products is preferred
  • Passion for High Jewelry & Culture
  • Sales Driven
  • Proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate
  • Individual with the potential of future development within the Maison
  • High level of problem-solving skills is required
  • Effective time management skills
  • Driven by a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Advanced Excel skillset
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
  • Jewelry background is a plus
