IDT Payment Services offers innovative services to help our customers, largely an immigrant population, manage their finances and send money to family and friends around the world. We offer money transfer services to over 50 countries around the globe, both through a network of participating retail stores and through our highly rated digital app. We have seen tremendous growth and our appetite to keep building business and customer value is enormous. We have big plans on our roadmap and we are looking for an experienced product manager to help us make these plans a reality.
Experience
in the remittance and payment industries is a must along with at least five years in a product management role in a fast-paced, service-oriented
environment.
The Product Manager, Payment Services will develop and manage detailed plans to bring our business strategies to the market. We’ll rely on you to help to develop creative ways to add value for our customers and to enhance the product mix. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business, including external partners and internal teams, to gain a detailed understanding of the challenges and opportunities and to define potential solutions. You’ll partner with Technology, working closely with the scrum teams in an agile environment. You’ll need to collaborate effectively with our developers; a strong technical background would be useful. To be successful, you’ll need to be a team player, so the ability to build strong relationships and communicate well is key. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care to ensure that the product is supported properly and any issues are addressed. You’ll work with Operations to build and refine processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience. You’ll manage the initiative from market introduction to scale. In addition, the business will look to you for enhancements to the current mix, to increase both customer engagement and revenue growth.
