Peace Industries, Inc (dba Spotnails), an award-winning manufacturer of pneumatic stapling tools, collated fasteners and replacement parts, headquartered in Rolling Meadows IL, is seeking a Product Manager to join our fantastic team and help our customer’s businesses succeed.
To the qualified Product Manager we offer:
- Total compensation opportunity of $96,000-$112,000 annually
- Salary - $85,000-100,000 annually

The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a love for learning, and enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with our customers and Sales team. Will place a high value on our customers’ success and have a strong desire to do whatever is needed to help our team.
Primary duties of the Product Manager :
- Be the company expert on all product segments by researching products, markets, and competitive environments
- Lead a collaborative process with our Sales team and Customers for the identification of new products that will serve our customers’ needs
- Develop new product specifications, identify potential vendors, and work with them to determine the viability of new products and new product categories
- Analyze pricing and margin structures on new and existing products to help grow sales and profits
- Provide education and training to Customer Service, Sales, and Customers
- Work with Marketing to develop effective marketing materials to take new products to market or grow existing categories
