Are you looking for an exciting opportunity providing brand and product marketing strategies as part of a new team passionate about improving the future of electrical vehicles? Hunter Hamilton is working with a client in Warrendale, and they are looking for a passionate product marketing specialist to join their team! This is a temporary position estimated to last at last 6 months with possibilities for extension depending on business need and performance. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving go to market strategies by uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing strategies. This role will play an integral role in product launches in this fast growing product space. This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in office and the rest from home so candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area. Other requirements include 2-4 years of marketing experience with a bachelor's degree, experience working in a fast paced product marketing environment, and exposure to marketing automation tools such as Marketo or Google Analytics.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Ability to analyze brand and product positioning, develop new go to market strategies and business plans, and deliver new consumer insights

Deliver concise messaging to different audiences by aligning messaging and product positions. This will strive to improve revenue potential of the product lines.

Partner with collaborators to ensure accurate representation of the products in events marketing, with global resellers and through strategic partnerships.

Work to deliver business and product positioning plans that analyze brand positioning and consumer insights, evaluating analytics and making business recommendations to improve go-to-market strategy.

Collaborate both internally and externally to deliver take action strategies and needs based campaign messaging that aligns to resolve customer needs.

Develop revenue and customer growth goals by collaborating with internal partners then measuring and reporting performance of all related marketing campaigns, and assessing return on investment and critical metrics.

Education and experience:

Proven work experience in Marketing, Brand or Product Management

Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to leadership

Familiar with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot and Omniture, and Google Analytics

Proficient in efficiency applications such as Workfront, Microsoft Office, or Basecamp

Comfortable using CRM tools such as Slack and Salesforce
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns

Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix

Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind

Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Up-to-date with the latest trends and marketing standard processes

Ability to travel 25%
