We've onboarded some of the world's most reputable brands and now we need a Product Owner (no-code) for one of our clients.


THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is a high-impact position within the company where you'll be working with executives in a fast-paced start-up environment.


What skills and experience do you need?

  • You know how an engineering team should be run; i.e. you know process and how it can be created and improved to speed up progress and work efficiencies
  • Work with leadership to break out concepts into user stories, detailed specifications and requirements and acceptance criteria that are clear, precise, and engineering-ready.
  • Create rapport with engineering, earning their respect and trust
  • Detailed-oriented and able to think of edge cases with acceptance criteria that result in exactly what is envisioned.
  • Build mock-ups and wireframes when needed to help articulate what needs to be done
  • Execution-oriented; you will execute on your own and lead a team; i.e. you don't wait for permission to do the right thing and make impact
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple workstreams; you ensure that work is done quickly.
  • Run a project well by making tasks doable in the time given and realistic; Keep the momentum going at a fast pace by motivating and pushing the team beyond what they thought they could do without burning them out
  • Wisdom when excuses by the team are real and when they aren't. i.e., engineering can't pull the wool over your eyes
  • Ability to hold the team to the tasks and keep them focused and on target while being loved and respected by them
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong experience in analytics
  • Interest in no code and self-educating.
  • A passion for building and winning.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Meet weekly with the product leaders to create tasks and user stories for each sprint
  • Manage the sprint, answering any engineering questions and checking in with them to verify they are on track; You'll be responsible for the team's weekly deliverables
  • Be the point of contact to remove blockers from the engineering team
  • Run retrospectives and act on them to quickly improve the software development process
  • Take responsibility for getting things done on time
