Unlike any typical retail position, we are know as ECS (endocannabinoid system) educators. Not only do we teach all of our customers about CBD and the amazing benefits that it has, we also work with each and every customer to find the right combination of products that work best for their situation.

You will be trained and educated on all SunMed CBD products and how they benefit our customers health. We provide a red carpet experience. Each of our customers are walked through an in-store or virtual educational consultation to help guide them to the best products for their needs. Our customers are from all age ranges and require compassion and patience.

Your CBD Store is the number one largest brick and mortar CBD retail stores in the country. We specialize in high-quality SunMed CBD products and educating our community.

We are looking to hire a part time Sales Associate (possible Full- time position) to work with our customers and give them the best experience and education when shopping with us. We are a fast growing store with many opportunities to grow in your career with even the chance to become your own store owner!

All employees must maintain a weekly average sale of $120

Commission on all sales after your first 90 days

Some weekends and off-site events are mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Red carpet customer service
• Keep track of store inventory
• Help maintain cleanliness of Store
• Retail experience is a plus
• Sales and Customer Service experience is a MUST
• Must maintain a professional friendly attitude
• Sales driven personality in a professional and friendly manor
• All tasks within reason assigned by management or owners
• Help with local events (in the community)
• Outside marketing (passing out door hangers, flyers, sign spinning)

Requirements:

Job Type:

• Part-time (with possible full-time after evaluation and training)
• up to 30-Day Paid Training
• Additional 60-Days Probation Period

Salary:

• $15 to $17 an hour after training and evaluation
