Manufacturing Associate

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Decatur, AL within the manufacturing industry.

Manufacturing Associate Job Summary:

• 2nd Shift: 3:30p - 11pm
• $21.09 per hour
• Operates wire mesh welding equipment, presses, punches and shears in wire mesh fabrication area in plant.
• Responsible for reading specifications in work order.
• Measures tolerances on job during production and upon completion to maintain quality manufacture.
• Maintains and performs daily and scheduled maintenance on welders and other fabrication equipment in cell.
• Completes daily production reports and submits required paperwork.
• Work secondary job when required by management.

Manufacturing Associate Qualifications:

• Two or more years experience with wire mesh welding equipment including operation, setup, and maintenance.
• Two or more years experience with fabrication of wire mesh parts using sheers, punches, and presses including operation, setup and maintenance.
• Fork truck operator license.
• High school Diploma or GED
