Smith Personnel is looking for a punctual candidate who enjoys working with others and has Line Production experience along with leadership experience.
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO ROANOKE AREA
Job duties include but not limited to;
- Following all good manufacturing practices (GMP's)
- Monitoring and tracking progress.
- Motivating team members to meet production goals.
- Enforce safety rules at all times.
- Monitor all manufacturing floor work.
- Perform light to complex assembly when needed.
- Track goal attainment and deadlines.
Shift will begin at 5:45am-2:45p
Mon-Fri
Must be able to stand for 8 hours.
Must have prior lead experience.
Must pass a background check/E-Verify.
