Job Summary:

Our Production team members work as part of a team performing a variety of duties in the assembly of windows, doors, and accessories. Each team member's assigned team and job tasks will vary based on business necessity.

Competitive base wage.

Opportunities available on our 1st and 2nd shifts.

Typical work week is Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts.

1st Shift: 4:30AM - 3:00PM

2nd Shift: 3:00PM - 1:30AM (+$2.00 per hour shift premium)

Responsibilities:

• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Work safely with and around moving equipment.
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet due dates and production goals.
• Follow all written and verbal instructions.
• Cut, fabricate and assemble materials as required.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain good housekeeping.
• Flexibility to work overtime when business need requires, including Fridays and Saturdays.
• Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required.
• Ability to stand and walk during assigned shift hours.
• Ability to communicate in a polite and respectful manner with team members.
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality consistent with attendance guidelines.
• Ability to cross-train in different production lines, positions and responsibilities as needed.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age
• Pass pre-employment physical
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Pass background check

Working Environment:

• Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• ANSI approved footwear must be worn
