About Us:
For almost 30 years, Great Northern Baking Company has been a small, made-from-scratch bakery in NE Minneapolis. We take great pride in providing the best value in wholesale and retail packaged baked goods while delivering great quality whole grain products. All of our products are tested by our in-house research and development team, led by nationally recognized Pastry Chef Michelle Gayer, as well as shared with groups around the community to get real, honest feedback. We test recipes, source the highest quality ingredients, measure consistency in our baking process and have high standards for food safety. Ultimately, we can take care of our customers.
