STS Staffing is working with an industry leader to fill immediate, direct-placement, positions for Production Supervisors in Freeport, IL. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader who has a minimum of 3 years’ production supervisor experience.
Pay: $55-68k annual
2nd Shift: 3pm – 11pm
3rd Shift: 11pm – 7am

- Developing Teams through training, evaluating, and giving formal reviews
- Working and adhering to safety and protocols under ISO guidelines
- Delivering daily results and reporting with Microsoft and AS400
- Continuing improvement through problem solving, understanding processes and equipment
