Production Support / Inventory Coordinator Job at Wiregrass Construction Co., Inc.
Position Summary:
The Production Support / Inventory Coordinator has the overall responsibility for properly gathering, verifying, creating reports and communicating the daily business of the Terminal. This is a non-exempt position reporting directly to the Terminal Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Verifies hours worked for all employees and submits daily report to payroll.
· Verifies all invoices for the Terminal are correct and parts or services have been received. Properly codes the invoice to the proper account and submits for payment.
· Works with the Terminal Manager to ensure all Environmental and Safety requirements are being met by the facility on a daily/monthly basis.
· Accurately tracks inventory and reports levels daily.
· Compiles end-of month inventory levels and accurately reports readings to accounting.
· Verifies that all job orders are correcting and submits to corporate to be uploaded in JWS.
· Performs duties as Lab Technician in the absence of the Lab Technician
· Performs duties as Terminal Operator when needed.
· Perform all other tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
· Ability to conduct self in a professional manor.
· Must have reliable transportation.
· Ability to work 12 hour shifts and weekends as needed.
· Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds.
· Ability to stand for long periods of time.
· Previous experience in inventory management a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
· Ability to analyze tasks and perform safely.
· Ability to work in a team environment or as an individual.
