Shift (12hr):

• Rotating Schedule: 4pm-4am, 3-4 days per week, friday-sunday off every other week!

$1,500 Sign-on Bonus

• $500 at 3 months
• $1,000 at 6 months

Position Summary:

• Assist in all production needs. Produce, process and develop high quality custom color concentrates in accordance with UC standards and customer specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete training as appropriate in all pertinent areas of production including: Mixing, Extrusion Machine Operator, Molding, Packaging.
• Responsible for successful facilitation of all company safety policies and procedures.
• Follow UC Quality System-approved work instructions and procedures and help improve these as needed.

Preferred Experience, Training, and Skills:

• Knowledge of all production operations and procedures.
• Must pass color test and math test
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours during the day.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on any particular day.
• Ability to climb stairs multiple times on any particular day.
• Required Education: High School Diploma or GED.
