Job Description

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking Production Team Members to work at our facility in Kirksville, MO.

Ideal candidates must be safety and quality orientated and be willing to work in a team orientated-fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standard.

Night Shift 10:00pm - 6:30am

Key Components of the role:

• Work with and under direct supervision of Team Leader.
• Work in a Cold Environment (32 degrees – 48 degrees) depending on the assignment.
• Willing to work with other people in a team concept.
• Perform production-related functions as assigned.
• Perform basic maintenance duties as assigned.
• Learn Standard Cleaning Methods and assist with scheduled plant cleanups.
• Abide by all Plant policies, Safety Regulations, and Industrial Hygiene Regulations as a condition of employment.
• Share ideas and concerns with all members of the team.
• Perform other duties as dictated by the operation or directed by the Team Leader.
• Maintains compliance with Kraft Heinz – Kirksville Safety Policies & Procedures.
• Accountability for QRMP standards as outlined in the Kirksville,MO, QRMP accountability document.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience and basic computer skills preferred.
• Positions involve lifting, bending, and stooping.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work any shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work overtime as necessary.
