Production Worker Job at Amerhart
Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of this position is to manually perform all duties associated with tasks (e.g., machine operating assembly). As a member of the Production team, offering to help others when the workload demands, treating teammates with respect and care and performing work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures is critical. This role has a variety of manual duties. The workload can change daily or by the hour.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: This list of responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
· Set up and operate machinery to manufacture slatwall and products (e.g. lamination, panel saw, edge bander, CNC’s, paint finisher.
· Follow production orders and specifications.
· Adjust machine settings for orders and trouble-shoot minor issues.
· Create boxes and stage for orders.
· Inspect products for defects throughout production process to ensure quality standards are met.
· May be required to operate a forklift and complete daily forklift inspections.
· Follow safety procedures and policies when performing production duties.
· Clean work area daily.

Qualifications
· High school diploma, HSED or equivalent experience.
· 1-2 years’ production experience preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
