Job Overview – Production Worker
Decorated Wearables is seeking a full time Production Crew Member to join our team. Family owned and operated for over 25 years, we serve the Lake Region and beyond with quality embroidery, screen printing, signs, and promotional products. Responsibilities for Production Worker
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Responsible for reading and following job order, job ticket creation, actual decoration of the product, or handing it off to be produced in other departments
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines
- Ability to meet deadlines and work with efficiency
- Ability to prioritize work
- Other duties will include assisting with embroidery tasks, vinyl weeding and application and various duties as assigned
Qualifications for Production Worker
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior work experience in a team environment
- Prior screen printing experience is preferred, but will train the right candidate
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
