Position Overview: The Program Administrator will work across several units in the Planning and Development Department which will include: a) supporting key communication and liaison needs in the NRLP program; b) supporting workflows in the Phoenix Project; and providing overall organizational assistance in the delivery of the Department's agency-wide functions.

Position Responsibilities: Support NRLP communications with ACO providers, particularly around ensuring accuracy and completeness of consumer records. Provide financial administrative support for various department projects. Assist with data collection support. Provide support for key fiscal tasks within Planning and Development. Prepare and process a variety of administrative web-based forms, order group office supplies, sort area mail. Use internal consumer databases (i.e., SAMS, Apricot and eHana) to collect and follow up on consumer data, review exceptions, and adjust as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Services or similar field; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Three (3) or more years of increasingly complex administrative/date organization experience, required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in the use of computer systems, including but not limited to, Windows based software application including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
  • Detail oriented
  • The ability to appropriately handle confidential and personal information
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Hours 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
