PROGRAM ASSISTANT: Day Services Program
- Assist the Day Services clients with all Activities of Daily Living as needed.
- Complete all documentation required for the clients.
- Assist the Day Services Supervisor as instructed.
- Maintain an understanding of individual client goals, strengths, challenges, medical and personal cares needs.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
In general, as an employee of Endeavors Adult Development Center Inc.:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- Respect the individual rights and dignity of each client
- Adhere to and carry out all policies of the Endeavors Adult Development Center
- Be flexible with the day to day schedule of the Center’s activities
- Maintain good attendance and work the scheduled hours
- Dress appropriately
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Attend scheduled staff meetings
