Description
Under the co-direction of the Procurement Manager, Prevention & Family Formation Supervisor, or Career Specialist (depending on assignment) perform varied and responsible administrative duties related to fiscal accountability, career services, and/or family strengthening and prevention programs. One opportunity in San Bernardino and in Banning.Qualifications
A minimum of one (1) year of administrative assistant experience and a High School Diploma is required.
Associate’s Degree and experience in a social services agency preferred.
Valid California Driver’s license and insurable on company policy.
This person, while responsible for all duties on the job description will concentrate on duties#1 (administrative duties, assisting with events), #2 (planning sessions, timelines, TAS software data entry, filing), #8 (tracking and monitoring expenses) and #9 (inventory/procurement/ reconciliations).
Salary: 18.51/hour
