Sentara Physician Recruitment is hiring a Program Coordinator Onboarding and Retention .

The Program Coordinator, Onboarding and Retention coordinates all aspects of the Provider Onboarding and Retention activities. The Program Coordinator implements a customer service focused provider integration program to accelerate provider engagement and time to productivity.

Participates in strategic planning, coordinate's execution of the provider onboarding and retention plan. Maintains a progressive onboarding and retention process utilizing all potential avenues. Coordinates/Assists with events, group trainings, meetings, special projects and other initiatives. Identifies organizational issues and trends and provides recommendations for resolution.

Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment that encourages cooperation, collective problem-solving, and participate in decision making. The Program Coordinator is required to work closely with cross-functional teams and physician and executive leaders across the various specialties within Sentara Medical Group.

May also be responsible for collaborating and negotiating with vendors to ensure filling of locum tenens coverage and ensuring adherence to contract terms.

Five (5) years Physician/Provider experience accepted in lieu of education.
