We are looking for mission-driven, results-oriented, and collaborative individuals to manage and grow our programs. Program Managers are the key link between our program partners and our financial coaches to ensure strong relationships, smooth operations, and strong processes to deliver high-quality service to our clients. This role reports to the Director of Programs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the key operational link between Compass and our partner organizations. Establish and implement efficient processes and procedures to facilitate the exchange of information between Compass and our partners.
  • Establish collaborative and productive relationships with counterparts at our partner organizations.
  • Maintain deep knowledge about the elements of the organization’s core FSS program. Field programmatic questions from financial coaches and lead training across teams to ensure colleagues understand program policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all FSS program policy and procedures. Complete deliverables, dashboards, and reports for our partner organizations.
  • Supervise the Client Outreach and Engagement Specialist to deliver on annual program enrollment goals.
  • Record client information and progress data precisely, accurately, and on time, with a rigorous dedication to confidentiality and data security protocols.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate and iterate to continuously improve processes, procedures, and policies.
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with the coaching teams and work collaboratively to troubleshoot and resolve client program challenges as they arise.

  • Previous experience as a supervisor or in managing or building a diverse team.
  • Previous program management or project management experience.

Additional Information

This position is remote and will be supporting clients in programs across the country.
