We are looking for talented managers to build the next growth phase of our leading CRM client.

The position is for Program Management - FULL TIME.

Program management services will include but not be limited to:

• Oversight and management of the overall program.
• Oversight, coordination and program management including but not limited to:
• Infrastructure
• Training
• Core Banking
• Internet Banking
• Mobile Banking
• Data Warehouse
• QA / Testing
• Integrations Data Migration
• Ensure program performance with respect to Time, Scope, Quality, Benefits, Cost and Risk within the tolerances
• Financial Management of the overall program and detailed reporting as required
• Provision and a weekly update of resource and program plans and associated reporting
• Maintain up-to-date program-level registers and Lessons Log
• Complete required project control documents
• Liaison and management of the primary vendor, to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the program on time, on cost and in scope.
• Liaison and coordination with vendor(s), Bank and extended staff where required to support the successful porting and integration of applications.
• Oversight and coordination of the Change Requests process, including advising on requirements requested by Bank which fall outside of the scope of agreed deliverables and ‘minor’ modifications
• Minimizing the cost implications of Change Requests wherever possible
• Run the fortnightly project board to keep key stakeholders and sponsors up to date
• Escalate any issues as required to the appropriate level promptly
• Support any internal discussions within client and extended staff on the above migration as required
• Should be an excellent communicator and posses a go-getter attitude
• Great on tracking and follow-up capabilities, Defining roles, goals, budget, financial aspects and schedules

Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Compensation package:

• Signing bonus
