Job Description


We are looking for a multi-talented Program Manager - HR Controls and Compliance. This role provides a visible opportunity to lead, learn, and leverage a variety of talents. It requires an exceptional partnership with Talent Planning and Acquisition (TPA), along with various other HR and corporate groups to build sustainable compliance solutions.

The main responsibilities of the Program Manager - HR Controls and Compliance will be the following:

  • The primary focus will be on HR Controls and Compliance matters relating to Global TPA hiring processes and systems
  • Provides consultation and customer support to promote global compliance hiring requirements
  • Partners with local and worldwide business partners to support activities such as OFCCP, immigration policy, employment contracts, and privacy
  • Proactively identifies potential compliance risks and recommends/presents appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Performs audit to identify defects and emerging trends and uses data analytics to derive indicators and actions
  • Leads or participates in Privacy Impact Assessments and Record of Processing Activities related to recruiting processes and tools
  • Manages process improvements as needed in a Business Process Management framework, which may include documentation of processes, system enhancements, and other efficiencies
  • Interacts with a wide array of management and recruiting teams worldwide, corporate groups and suppliers (e.g., TPA, Legal, Privacy, Information Technology, Internal Audit, and Corporate Security)
  • Keeps abreast of legal, regulatory, policy and industry developments impacting the Controls and Compliance domain and leads appropriate action
  • Encourages Controls and Compliance best practices through consistent analysis, feedback, and follow through with stakeholders
  • Works independently and with business partners, and assembles and leads a mission-based team
  • Willing to support a global organization and flex hours as needed

Qualifications


Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a discipline such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, Law, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Planning and Acquisition, or Legal
  • 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office including creating PowerPoint presentations and utilizing Excel to collect and analyze data
  • 1+ years of experience using Workday


Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.B.A.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
  • Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience


Working Model


This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
