THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced and driven, results-oriented marketing professional to plan and execute the creation and delivery of Marketing Enrollment Kits across all Elevo partner districts and schools. You will also be responsible for program implementation and support.

You’ll need a strong marketing management background with particular expertise in developing and executing programs. You should be highly self-sufficient and detail-oriented, with a history of collaboration across departments. Experience in the education/tech sector is highly desired.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successfully communicating/collaborating with the sales team to gather all information for successful program launches
  • Deliver fully functioning and operational enrollment marketing kits to Field Operations and local School Districts that showcase Elevo’s ability to support school programs from start to finish
  • Supporting and delivering marketing materials (digital & physical) for programs across districts/schools
  • Communicate with audiences such as: School Districts, principals, parents, students as it pertains to program experience needs
  • Collaboration with Curriculum and Training and Marketing Branding teams, to deliver Curriculum & Training marketing materials to Sales team to support all programs
    • facilitating and delivering curriculum marketing media for sales & program audiences (videos, curriculum flyers, landing pages, etc.)

  • Advanced understanding of Hubspot
  • Copywriting/editing experience
  • Project Management (Define timelines & uphold expectations between multiple parties/departments & customers)
  • Collaborate seamlessly between multiple groups/departments


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing management role (advertising, branding, public relations, and communications) preferably in the education space
  • Proficiency in project management
  • Experience in building reports & deriving analytics from marketing initiatives
  • Excellent verbal communication, business writing, and copywriting skills
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to effectively work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, and well-organized
