Job Summary

Location: Remote - located anywhere near a major US airport

Highly skilled project management team that is skilled in agile delivery project management to deploy technology solutions in higher education food and beverage concepts. Technology project management ranges from point of sale, digital signage, mobile, and spatial analytics projects with alliance from Compass Group USA higher education sectors.

Project Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and self-manage unique technology implementation projects assigned by the Team Lead, ranging from point of sale, food lockers, frictionless market, and mobile application software integrations and hardware.
  • Ensure that project estimates are accurate that execute scope changes and document communicated approval in advance of the work performed.
  • Create business facing documentation project steps that also support other internal team members’ projects as needed to achieve team success.
  • Communicate and lead audio calls and meetings with internal resources, external vendors, business operations and our client representatives to define and execute solutions
  • Keep apprised of your project status, escalate concerns and provide regular updates to the Team Lead
  • Adapt tools and processes to accommodate changes and improve accuracy and efficiencies
  • Complete objectives and deliverables to align with company policy, organizational goals, and team strategic direction

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant or retail technology and terminology including mobile ordering/Ecommerce, point of sale systems.
  • Service oriented collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships.
  • Energetic self-starter able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly developed sense of ownership, responsibility and commitment to quality.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting deadlines.
  • Effective organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Approximately 30% travel required, including weekends and some holidays.
