Nuvia, a rapidly growing dental implant center, is looking for an Project Controller to join our team at Nuvia’s Central Support office located in Cottonwood Heights, UT. We provide state of the art dental implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives.

The ideal candidate for this position is very detail oriented, organized and enjoys checking the box next to a list of tasks. Our Operations Team is goal driven, can troubleshoot tasks and think outside of the box in order to make deadlines. General operations or project management experience is necessary for this position.

Hours are full time, Monday-Friday - 40hrs a week.

Pay is very competitive starting at $65K annually with room to grow

Role:
The Project Controller is responsible for managing the launch of Nuvia Centers through;
identifying and assessing appropriate properties to meet Nuvia operating needs, following the
Nuvia Launch Blueprint and its formulary's to prepare Centers for opening and managing
adherence to Launch timelines to ensure target launch dates are met.

Responsibilities:*

  • Identify and secure properties which meet Nuvia operating needs.
  • Establish relationships with brokers in target markets to help expedite the

expansion process.

  • Understand Center building/infrastructure needs.
  • Travel to potential locations during site exploration process.
  • Follow the Nuvia Launch Blueprint to prepare Centers for opening.
  • Research city/municipality permitting and building requirements.
  • Manage construction through constant communication with contractors and site

visits.

  • In partnership with the Clinical Operations Manager, oversee installation of large

equipment.

  • Coordinate IT infrastructure / installation
  • Coordinate signage fabrication / installation
  • Manage Launch timeframes to ensure target date opening
  • Through weekly meetings and using Launch Tracker, monitor each department's

completion of launch tasks within allocated timeframes.

  • Ensure that all construction and installation is complete by set target dates.
  • Anything else as required by your Company leadership

Requirements:

1. The ability to execute within a set timeframe.
2. The ability to multi-task the various components of a launch, prioritizing by urgency.
3. Good communication and consistent follow up with team members, brokers, contractors
and others.
4. Problem solving focused, with the capacity to creatively overcome obstacles within the
launch process.

The biggest challenge of this position is being available to assist with an urgent issue that may arise. Success in this position is staying organized, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet, managing priorities based on urgency and consistently hitting deadlines.
