About the Opportunity
POS360 is seeking highly motivated, forward-thinking, and detail oriented individual to provide administrative and project support. As a Project Coordinator, you are a part of a dynamic team who work together on a multitude of projects, from marketing, sales, operations, and new product development.

What you’ll Do
As Project Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the Project Manager with project organization, development, and tracking with varied mix of topics and levels of complexity. This role will work closely with internal sales teams, marketing, software engineering, logistics, and client services to ensure project launches are successful.

A Project Coordinator directly supports the development of the organization and is highly influential to the company’s overall growth. This role requires strong organization, excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.

The Day-to-Day

  • Work with the Project Manager and internal departments to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Kick off initial project plan, set initial timelines then track the project through the lifecycle
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Analyze project progress and work with the project manager to adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
  • Assign tasks to members of the team based on individual strengths and abilities
  • Act as an information source by maintaining, communicating, and distributing project details
  • Assist with development of training and marketing materials
  • Update project status in project management programs
  • Research, compile, process and coordinate project data e.g., data entry, report generation, metrics collection.
  • Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and project kick-offs
  • Provide administrative support
  • Participate in training and development programs
  • Lead or participate in other assigned projects

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, Office Management, or similar function
  • Excellent written/oral communication
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Expert using digital productivity tools such as Office 365, Excel, Monday, Slack, or similar software

Position is Full Time from our Westlake Village, CA office.
